Common questions
Is Rootcrown the same app as EnlightenMe?
Yes. EnlightenMe was renamed Rootcrown in October 2026. It's the same app and the same account: just update it, and everything you've done is still there.
How do I cancel Premium?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the renewal date.
I subscribed, but Premium isn't showing
In the app, open the menu, tap Upgrade to Premium, then Restore purchase. Make sure you're signed in to the same store account you subscribed with. If it still doesn't show, email us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Edit profile, then Delete account. Or see Delete your account to ask by email.
Is Mark AI a real person?
No. Mark AI is an AI guide built on Mark's teaching and runs on Google Gemini. It can help with the practices and reflection, but it is not Mark himself, not a counsellor and not a medical professional. See How Rootcrown uses AI.
Who can see my check-ins?
Only you. Check-ins are only recorded after you agree the first time, and you can delete them with your account. See the privacy policy.
Can my meditations use my own voice?
Yes, with Premium. You record a short sample and an AI copy of your voice reads your meditations. You can remove your voice at any time.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
In the app, open the menu, then Settings, then Notifications. You can also turn notifications off in your phone's settings.
